Does your teen struggle with anxiety?
The 10 week Stand Up Speak Out (SUSO) program helps teens aged 12-17 years who struggle with anxiety in social settings by providing personalised strategies to make them feel more comfortable and confident.
Anxiety in children and adolescents can be expected and normal, however at times this may become severe and interfere with their everyday life.
The SUSO program has been designed specifically for teens with anxiety and helps them by teaching strategies to better manage their feelings, thoughts and behaviours in social settings.
