You can only use your Bupa membership to claim for services with our fully qualified physiotherapists. You cannot use your Bupa membership to claim for services in our student physiotherapy clinics.

Depending on your level of Bupa Extras cover, you’ll receive a guaranteed 60% back for physiotherapy services performed in our clinic and up to 100% back if you are on the highest level of Bupa Extras cover.

The physiotherapy clinic is conveniently located on Level 4, Griffith Health Centre (G40 building) on the Gold Coast campus (up the escalators from G’s cafe and then left).
We are open Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5pm (before and after hours appointments considered upon request).
