Does your child find it hard to make friends or suffer from anxiety in social settings?

The 8 week Recognising Emotions and Establishing Friendships (REEF) program helps children aged 5-7 and 8-12 years who struggle in social settings by providing personalised strategies to make them feel more comfortable and confident

For some children, social situations can be confusing and difficult to navigate. Social anxiety makes it harder for them to develop and nurture friendships and often leads to other behavioural, emotional or learning issues.

The REEF program provides you and your child with personalised strategies to reduce anxiety and to help them feel more confident and comfortable in social settings.
