My Health for Life is a FREE support program and QLD Government initiative designed to help people improve their health and reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease or stroke. The program is being run by our resident Exercise Physiologist, Erin Barrett, who is a trained My Health for Life facilitator.

Location: Griffith Health Centre, Level 4, G40, Gold Coast campus.

Join a group of like-minded individuals also wanting to improve their health and reduce their risk of developing chronic disease. Meet regularly over six sessions to:
– learn the evidence-based guidelines to improve your health
– discuss strategies to make small changes to your lifestyle
– set goals and plan to ensure you long-term, sustainable changes
– gain support and accountability from other group members.

New groups starting soon:
  • Mondays 4-6pm (from 9 July)
