Does your child suffer from chronic anxiety?

The 10 week Child Anxiety Program helps children aged 8-11 years with strategies to reduce anxiety by providing them with practical solutions to everyday situations.

Designed for girls and boys aged 8-11 years, the Child Anxiety Program aims to help children better understand their anxieties and worries and to help them cope better at home, in school, and in social and other settings.

Program format

During the 10 weeks there will be two groups that run concurrently – one for the children (10 sessions) and one for the parents (6 sessions). The parent group focusses on how to support your child in understanding and managing their anxiety. No referral is required to participate in the program.

Cost

The Child Anxiety Program costs $250 (inclusive of all sessions and all child and parent workbooks).

Commencing in Term 3 2019

The group runs every Thursday between 4:00pm-5:00pm from the 29th August with the last session on the 14th November.
